Qualificions Specialized Experience:

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess the specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, or comparable experience not gained through federal service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as subject mter expert in homeland security intelligence and delivering intelligence training in support of DHS missions.

Such experience may include:

Design, development and delivery of classroom, distance learning, and mobile training programs. Develop and implement best practices in a training and curriculum development and management of educional programs and comply with accredition requirements. Applying quantitive and qualitive methods for the assessment and improvement of classroom and learning training programs and curriculum resources (e.g., needs analysis design/development, delivery, evaluion). Plan, organize, and implement programs, plans, and proposals involving substantial agency resources or th require extensive changes in established procedures.

Serve as an expert-level instructor delivering all-source intelligence analysis training programs. Serves as a subject mter expert (SME) on homeland-security all-source intelligence analysis. Manages and administers training delivery for assigned programs including engagement with training customers, enrollment, compliance with Academy accredition standards, and logistic and administrive support. Conducts reviews and evaluions of training programs, concepts and merials to continuously improve training development and delivery. Supports training initiives in support of Department requirements.
