This position is designed for passionate educators who are ready to support and empower preschoolers with diverse abilities in a vibrant, collaborative setting. Starting in August 2026 and continuing through May 2027, youll work a consistent 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday, shaping the foundational years for children ages birth through second grade.

Qualifications:

Possess valid Early Childhood (Birth-2nd grade) Special Education Certification Prior experience working with preschool students (ages 2-5) with disabilities (Autism, Developmental Delays, etc.) Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a range of needs

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for early learners with special needs Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to ensure student success Engage in hands-on, age-appropriate instruction, both one-on-one and in small groups Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Participate in ongoing professional development and meetings to stay current on best practices
