Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom experience is essential. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop age-appropriate curricula that include literacy education, math instruction, physical activity, and social-emotional learning. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare topics is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration.
