Job Overview Little Bees early Learning center is seeking a passionate and dedicated pre- School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners. This role is essential in shaping the academic and social development of toddlers. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote positive student interactions. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback to parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and participate in professional development opportunities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and classroom activities. Qualifications 45 hour dcf training First aid and cpr ( not required at time of start but will need) CDA preferred but not required Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Ability to plan lessons that are engaging and appropriate for learners. Strong classroom management skills to create a safe and respectful environment for all children. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
