Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired with an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) certification. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while gaining experience across a diverse itinerant caseload. With the district's main office as your home base, you'll travel between 13 schools, typically working with two to three campuses per day in the vibrant Tavares, FL, area. Your schedule will be collaboratively tailored with the district to accommodate commute times and workload, ensuring a balance that works for you. As part of your responsibilities, you'll provide both direct and consultative services, conduct student screenings, and support a caseload of approximately 15-20 students ranging from kindergarten through grade 12.

Desired Qualifications:
