Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support their developmental journeys. In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive, inclusive, and educational environment. Your expertise in early childhood education, classroom management, and instructional design will help shape the foundational experiences of our preschoolers. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum goals. Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Teach bible verses at circle time daily and recite prayer Utilize assessment-driven instruction techniques to evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments. Incorporate learning technology and educational tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student performance data analysis. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and conflict resolution skills. Support students with special needs by implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) and academic interventions within the classroom setting. Requirements Proven experience teaching preschool or early childhood education with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment-driven instruction, and learning technology integration. Experience working with students with disabilities or special educational needs; familiarity with Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) is a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging children, families, and team members. Ability to analyze student performance data for quantitative evaluation of progress and instructional planning. Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and library services for young children. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
