A Special Education Teacher teaches students who have disabilities, and adapts teaching methods to meet the needs of students. Assesses students and helps to develop individualized education plans that specify the services and accommodations needed for each student. Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.

Pay :
$15.00 per hour (Up to $1,800 per month based on scheduled hours). •Payday is the 10th of each month. Job Requirements 18+ with a HS diploma or GED Valid driver's license (must be maintained) Ability to pass a DHW background check Completion of Community-Based Skill Training (provided upon hire) Your Daily Responsibilities Assist participants with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, and mobility Monitor and report any changes in participants' well-being Drive clients to social and community activities using company vehicles Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging environment When you're ready, let's start the journey toward a professional career.
