Key Qualifications and Experience:

Core Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, differentiated reading and language arts instruction for 7th grade students with special needs Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning goals Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster a positive classroom environment Maintain accurate records and IEP documentation Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
