Key Qualifications:

Valid Illinois State Educator License with LBS1 Endorsement required Ability to write and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Experience collaborating with fellow educators and related services staff Two years of recent teaching experience strongly preferred Thorough understanding of special education best practices and current educational regulations Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver targeted instruction based on students' IEP goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Maintain detailed records and compliance with all state and federal regulations
