This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated SLP seeking a flexible schedule and a manageable caseload during the 26/27 school year. With 1-2 days per week on site, youll work with 15-21 students, helping them achieve vital communication milestones in a supportive school environment near Orland Park, IL.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required Professional Educator's License (PEL) must be held or in progress Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience with PreK-8th grade students is highly desirable Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders for students on your caseload Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in meetings as needed Maintain accurate student records in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success Engage in data-driven interventions and provide progress monitoring and regular reporting
