Your main focus will be an intermediate life skills class serving nine students, supported by two experienced paraprofessionals in the room. The caseload is multi-categorical, providing an engaging mix of instructional and adaptive challenges. This is a highly interactive role that values your expertise and creativity in delivering tailored learning experiences.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for the state of Indiana Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP implementation Experience working with students in life skills or multi-categorical special education settings preferred Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with paraprofessionals, students, and families Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
