Preferred candidates will hold a valid Indiana Special Education license and possess a strong commitment to inclusive education.

Qualifications:

Indiana Special Education Teacher License (required) Certification in mild intervention for resource position Certification in intense intervention for essential position Prior experience working with individualized education plans (IEPs) and diverse learning needs Ability to foster a positive, supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date IEP documentation and progress reports Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Provide instructional support in both resource (25-30 caseload) and essential (10 caseload) settings Cultivate an engaging atmosphere that encourages growth, independence, and confidence in students The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from approximately 8:20 AM to 3:10 PM (subject to change based on room assignment), totaling 37.5 hours per week.
