Key Qualifications:
Current Kansas Special Education Certification (KS SPED Cert) required Demonstrated expertise working with students with emotional disabilities or functional/life skills needs, preferably in a school setting Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive, inclusive environment Collaborative, flexible, and dedicated to individualized instruction Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partnering with families and colleagues
