The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care and a strong understanding of classroom management techniques. This role is essential in fostering the growth and development of young children through engaging activities and play. Need availability Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-12:30pm Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to promote a positive learning atmosphere. Change diapers when needed; report accidents, supply/material needs, and repairs immediately. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare or daycare settings, particularly with toddlers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and parents. Knowledge of child welfare practices and the ability to create a supportive environment for all children.
