Primary Responsibilities:

Rotate between assigned school campuses to provide hands-on assistance and guidance to non-certified special education teachers Support the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collect data for ongoing student progress reports Share best practices in classroom management, instructional strategies, and compliance documentation Assist with professional development and training in special education processes and requirements Serve as a resource for school staff, students, and families throughout the contract period This role offers a unique blend of mentorship, hands-on teaching, and varied daily experiences.
