Qualifications and Experience:

Current teaching certification with Deaf/Hard of Hearing endorsement or eligibility Experience working with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in school settings Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other visual communication methods Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adaptability and creativity to support various student learning styles

What Youll Do:
