Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Educational Diagnostician. This full-time contract position runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and places you at the heart of student support, helping learners achieve their potential through targeted assessments and collaborative interventions.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Hold valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician. Previous experience working with K-12 populations in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of special education eligibility criteria, evaluation procedures, and evidence-based assessment tools. Proficient at interpreting assessment results, synthesizing data, and creating comprehensive reports. Excellent communication skills for interacting with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and interpret formal and informal educational assessments to help determine students' eligibility for special education services. Collaborate with teachers, families, and related professionals to collect relevant information and ensure comprehensive evaluations. Develop clear and actionable reports detailing assessment outcomes and recommended instructional strategies. Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and assist with goal setting and progress monitoring. Provide consultation and support for teachers regarding accommodations, modifications, and strategies for diverse learners. Reflect current legal requirements in all aspects of evaluation, documentation, and collaboration. Why Consider This Role?
