Qualifications & Experience:

Active Special Education (SPED) licensure in Massachusetts is required Demonstrated experience working with secondary-level students preferred Strong communication, organization, and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments Ability to implement IEPs and instructional accommodations effectively Positive, solutions-focused approach and excellent collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students diverse educational needs Modify curriculum and provide specialized support in inclusive and self-contained settings Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners Collect and analyze student data for progress monitoring Maintain regular communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
