This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working closely with students, teachers, and special education teams in a collaborative elementary school environment.

Elementary-aged students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and administrators Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress Provide recommendations and evidence-based behavioral strategies Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming as needed Support positive behavioral outcomes across the elementary school setting Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Massachusetts licensure/certification as required for school-based practice Previous school-based experience preferred Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions Ability to conduct FBAs and develop effective BIPs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team Why Youll Love This Opportunity This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the academic, behavioral, and social development of elementary-aged students while working alongside a collaborative special education team.
