Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on young learners by supporting students in grades 2 through 4 as a Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher Demonstrated experience teaching at the elementary level, especially in grades 2-4 Formal training/certification in specialized reading programs (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar) Strong classroom management and leadership skills Proficient in implementing positive behavior support practices Ability to adapt instruction to meet a wide range of learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
