Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required) Prior experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong collaboration skills to partner with general education staff, related service providers, and families Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varied needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth Collaborate with team members to modify curriculum and assessments Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student Communicate effectively with families regarding student achievement and challenges This contract position provides the chance to make a lasting difference, expand your professional network, and work within a dedicated team focused on student success.
