Support teachers in managing classroom logistics, including attendance tracking, behavior management assistance, and implementing classroom routines. Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or early childhood programs. Knowledge of special education principles, childhood development, behavior management techniques, and curriculum development. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students. Technical proficiency with educational tools and classroom technology. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to assist in lesson planning for diverse learners across subjects like literacy education and math. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
