Qualifications & Experience:
Current Minnesota Special Education certification required; Tier 3 or 4 license strongly preferred Previous experience in an elementary resource setting is advantageous Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, support staff, and families Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to diverse learning needs Enthusiasm for creating a positive, inclusive learning experience for all students
