9590335-55347 Job Description Make a difference in the classroom by supporting students with diverse learning needs in a K-8 setting near the Minneapolis area. We are seeking two passionate Special Education professionals to deliver both pull-out and inclusion services focused on behavior and academic growth. This long-term contract position runs from August 3, 2026, through June 3, 2027, and offers a consistent daytime schedule. Full-time (40 hours/week; 8:00am4:30pm) and part-time opportunities are available to fit your needs.

Core Qualifications:

Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education (SPED) teaching license Experience working with middle schoolers (with flexibility to support elementary students as needed) Strong understanding of pull-out and inclusive educational strategies Proficient in supporting both behavioral and academic goals Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families Ability to adapt and manage a fast-paced, ever-changing school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group special education services in pull-out and inclusive classroom settings Collaborate with general education teachers to implement IEPs for a diverse student population (K8th) Design, track, and report on academic and behavioral interventions Support positive student behavior and reinforce social-emotional learning Engage in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities as needed In addition to making a positive impact on students lives, enjoy hourly pay between $37-44, and comprehensive healthcare benefits as part of this W2 contract.
