Key Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting High school diploma or equivalent required Must meet one of the following: Completion of at least two years (60 semester credits) of college coursework from an accredited institution Associate degree or higher from an accredited college Passing score on an approved basic skills test (e.g., ParaPro Assessment or ParaEducator assessments) Strong commitment to supporting middle school students with diverse learning needs

Core Responsibilities:

Provide academic and behavioral support in a middle school resource classroom Assist with implementing individualized education plans and classroom activities Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for student learning Collaborate proactively with classroom teachers and support staff Document student progress and provide feedback to the instructional team This full-time, Monday-Friday role runs from 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM and extends through late May 2027.
