Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding Special Education teaching opportunity for the upcoming school year! This full-time, contract position centers on supporting students in a setting III/centerbase LAUNCH classroom. You'll provide dedicated instruction and interventions, tailored to meet each learner's unique needs, making a tangible difference every day. As a valued member of the school's collaborative team, you'll directly impact students' academic growth and social-emotional development. This role runs from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering predictable hours and meaningful connections with your students and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Recent resume highlighting relevant experience and credentials Experience with diverse learning needs and individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Ability to foster productive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
