Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Holds a valid Minnesota teaching credential in at least one of the following:
Special Education:
Autism Spectrum Disorders Special Education:
Developmental Disabilities Special Education:
Early Childhood Special Education:
Emotional Behavioral Disorders Special Education:
Learning Disabilities Academic & Behavioral Strategist License (optional; not required) Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies Strong instructional skills adaptable to diverse learners Consistent attendance and reliability Experience collaborating with both special education and general education colleagues Ability to organize, guide, and plan with paraprofessionals for optimal classroom support
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and adjust IEPs tailored to students unique needs Utilize behavior management strategies to support student growth Structure classroom routines for predictability and success Collaborate regularly with general education staff and related service providers Oversee daily communication and scheduling with paraprofessionals Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that celebrates student achievements Picture yourself making a difference, building essential skills for students, and joining a network of dedicated professionals.
