Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (MN SPED) Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Committed to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students with a variety of learning needs Develop, review, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and administrators Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as required This is a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week), with the assignment running through June 2027.
