Non-Exempt Responsibilities:
 Under the direction of the Director of Community Education and Extended Day and ASA Coordinator, the Behavior Support staff functions as behavioral support and intervention within the Key Kids School-Aged Child Care program. The Behavior Support staff works collaboratively with Key Kids Lead Staff to help develop strategies that can support positive behavioral outcomes. Performs site visits and assists in direct child care and supervision as needed. Assists Key Kids clerical staff as needed.
Qualifications:
 Two years of post-secondary education or experience in education, social work or related field. Demonstrates knowledge of child development. Minimum of one year experience working with school age children. Ability to work as team member, to work independently, and to supervise staff.
