This onsite position offers the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time hours (part-time ranging from 1525 hours per week). What Were Looking For:
Valid certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood populations (birth5 years) Ability to design and implement individualized education plans Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other educators, support staff, and families Excellent communication and advocacy skills Committed to maintaining up-to-date documentation and ongoing progress monitoring Comfortable working onsite in a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to facilitate inclusive learning Serve as a resource for staff and families about hearing loss, assistive technology, and communication strategies Develop and implement IEPs tailored to early childhood caseload needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain student records and monitor progress toward goals This position begins as soon as possible and runs through May 20, 2027, offering the chance for long-term impact and professional growth in a welcoming educational community.
