Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state teaching certification in Special Education Bachelors degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs Strong knowledge of IEP processes and special education laws Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to create and adapt individualized lesson plans for students Positive attitude and commitment to inclusive classroom experiencesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored instruction to students with varying exceptionalities in resource or self-contained settings Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a safe, engaging learning environment Provide ongoing progress monitoring and adjust teaching methods as necessary Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessionsBenefits & Perks:
