Overview We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floater Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Assist in implementing curriculum development strategies tailored to various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers Support classroom management and behavior management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere Collaborate with lead teachers to develop engaging lesson plans focused on literacy education, math, physical education, and childhood development instruction Provide hands-on care for children, including toddler care and daycare activities, ensuring safety and well-being at all times Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns in accordance with mandated reporting laws Support classroom organization by preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment Participate in early intervention efforts and assist with standardized testing or assessments when needed Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Familiarity with childhood development milestones and behavior management techniques Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and support multiple teachers as needed Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments that support special education needs and early intervention strategies Join us as a Floater Teacher and become an integral part of shaping young minds!
