This full-time, on-site role provides the chance to make a direct impact on pediatric populations, working alongside a collaborative team of education professionals. Open to experienced clinicians as well as recent graduates, this position welcomes travel candidates ready to bring enthusiasm and expertise to a welcoming community near Waverly, NE.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure) Experience or strong interest in pediatric/ school-based settings Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Passion for helping children overcome challenges and realize their potential
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy for students with diverse needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure cohesive service delivery Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making Provide progress updates and recommendations to families and staff Maintain a supportive, student-centered approach in all interactions
