KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher for our Bedford center to lead high-quality early childhood classrooms. The Senior Teacher designs and delivers engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, guides classroom routines, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment. This role mentors assistant teachers, builds strong relationships with families, and supports center initiatives and enrollment goals. The Senior Teacher collaborates with colleagues to implement curriculum, track children's progress, and maintain licensing and health standards, contributing to an inclusive, growth-focused culture for children and staff.
