Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Special Education Teacher certification (state-approved) Experience developing and implementing IEPs for students with diverse learning needs Strong behavioral management skills and knowledge of special education laws Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to individual student needs Previous school-based special education teaching experience preferred
