What You'll Do:

Teach and provide case management for approximately 15 students across grades 2 and 5 Collaborate with grade-level teams and special education staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess students' needs and adapt lessons, strategies, and supports accordingly Communicate progress and engage with families to foster a supportive learning experience Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district requirements Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings This full-time position runs from August 2026 to June 2027, with a weekly schedule totaling 32-37.5 hours, Monday through Friday.
