Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as case manager and primary teacher for 5th/6th grade students in a life skills/intensive needs classroom Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs and learning styles Collect and analyze data to inform instructional decisions and student progress Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment focused on growth and independence This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, offering between 35 and 37.5 hours per week.
