Line Cook Responsibilities :

Line Cooks are responsible for maintaining Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume in our Casual Dining Restaurant

•Katie's Kitchen. Line Cooks should have previous high volume experience in Casino restaurants preferred. Line Cooks should also be able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Line Cooks must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure. Line Cooks must be Team players

•who welcome diversity Line Cooks must be able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion Line Cooks must be able to read, speak, understand and write
