Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Relevant degree in Special Education or a related field Experience working with students with varying disabilities and learning needs Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with staff, students, and families Ability to adapt instructional methods based on student strengths and needs Organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance responsibilities
