Desired Qualifications:

Current and valid OH Intervention Specialist certification (required) Experience or strong interest in working with high-needs populations, either in K-5 or high school settings Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction Collaborative approach when working with general education teachers, support staff, and families Strong organizational and communication skills Flexibility and positivity when managing diverse student needs and classroom situations

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized instructional plans for students with varying abilities Modify curriculum and classroom activities to ensure accessibility for all learners Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly Advocate for students and facilitate collaboration among team members (teachers, therapists, and families) Engage with students in a supportive, respectful, and inclusive manner Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
