Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Three Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored specifically for preschool, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow confidently. Responsibilities Implement Pathways to Preschool curriculum that promote early childhood development, including literacy, math, physical activity, bible study, and social skills tailored for three-year-olds. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Manage daily classroom routines, including circle time, snack time, and rest periods Utilize behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and social interactions among children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of student progress and incidents Requirements Prior experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in childhood welfare is highly valued Communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the potential of every child.

Pay:
