Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for patients across all age groups Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with medical staff, families, and support services to deliver holistic care Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per hospital standards Participate in team meetings and contribute your expertise to case conferences Stay up to date with advancements in SLP practices and integrate evidence-based techniques
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Acute care or hospital experience is valuable Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability to new clinical environments and team dynamics
