Mentor and support teaching staff by providing guidance on lesson planning, classroom techniques, and child welfare best practices. Collaborate with parents through regular communication to discuss children's progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional strategies. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain detailed records of student development and incidents. Oversee daily childcare routines for toddlers and preschoolers, including early intervention strategies for children with special needs or behavioral challenges. Promote inclusive practices that support diverse learning styles and developmental needs across all classrooms. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or private schools. Strong background in curriculum development, literacy education, and childhood development instruction. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management techniques. Knowledge of special education principles, early intervention methods, and Montessori educational approaches is highly desirable. Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in childhood education or Montessori teaching are preferred. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Experience with standardized testing procedures and progress monitoring tools.
