Key Qualifications:

Active and valid teaching certification/licensure appropriate for special education caseloads Minimum bachelors degree required (Essential for obtaining an emergency teaching permit) Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania (PA) clearances prior to start Demonstrated school-based experience, preferably in elementary settings Strong classroom management and behavioral management abilities Reliable transportation for consistent, onsite attendance Comfortable working in urban educational environments Proven record of creating engaging lesson plans, differentiating instruction, and utilizing formative assessments Must be able to consistently work on location between 8:30AM and 4:00PM; schedule accommodations are not available
