Instructor / Learning Leader (LPN) - Part-Time Salaried Mother's Helper School of Health Professionals Hampton Roads, VA | Part-Time | Hybrid | Pre-Hire Engagement Included About Us Mother's Helper School of Health Professionals is a growing healthcare training center dedicated to preparing compassionate, skilled allied health professionals. We offer Nurse Aide, Medication Aide, PCA, and CPR programs, with Virginia Board of Nursing approval processes underway. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Learning Leader and Instructor, with opportunities for long-term growth in education and program leadership. Required Qualifications Current, unencumbered LPN license in Virginia 2+ years of experience in patient care (long-term care, acute, or related) Strong communication, organizational, and instructional skills Willingness to complete Train-the-Trainer certification (employer-paid if not already certified) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience teaching Nurse Aide or allied health programs Familiarity with Virginia Board of Nursing curriculum requirements Experience with Canvas, Google Classroom, or similar LMS tools Schedule Weekly Zoom meetings and hybrid presence Flexible instructional hours based on program schedule How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to: training@mothershelperhealthcare.com 757-902-3131 www.mothershelperhealthcare.com
