Qualifications:

Valid Elementary Education license required Certification and experience as a Special Education Teacher (preferred) Previous work in a therapeutic or high-needs classroom highly desirable Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs Strong classroom management skills and experience with behavioral interventions Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families Adaptability and creativity in supporting diverse learners
