Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Engage with guests to recommend menu items, promote specials, and enhance their overall experience Assist in beverage recipe development and craft new cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant is highly preferred Proven bartending skills Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
