Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with high school or middle school students with diverse learning needs Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual student goals Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff Commitment to fostering a positive, empowering atmosphere for all learners

What Youll Do:

Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction tailored to students' individual education plans (IEPs) Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions Support students academic and behavioral growth using evidence-based practices
