r41783-29206 Job Description Multi-categorical Special Education Teacher We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Special Education Teacher to join a school team in the Columbia, SC area . This full-time position provides an opportunity to work closely with students ages 1114 while delivering individualized instruction and specialized support.

Approximately 812 students

What Youll Do:

Deliver specially designed instruction tailored to student needs Create and implement engaging lessons aligned with IEP goals Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed Manage IEPs and serve as the case manager for assigned students Work alongside general education staff, families, administrators, and related service providers Maintain accurate special education records and documentation Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment Help students build academic, behavioral, and functional skills

What Were Looking For:

Current teaching certification in Multi-categorical Special Education Previous special education experience is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management abilities A collaborative and student-centered approach Commitment to helping students reach their full potential
