Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Valid Teacher Certification in Special Education or qualifying area of vacancy Experience working with preschool or early elementary students with autism highly preferred Familiarity with special education case management, IEP development, and progress monitoring Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning needs Flexibility to respond as new students qualify for services

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the case manager for a caseload of approximately 410 students (variable as new students qualify) Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to preschool-aged children with autism Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school teams Support inclusion and promote positive social development Maintain accurate documentation and compliance Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required assessments What to
